  (The response mail-id has to be configured to HireTechno.)

• Manage Mail Chains and calls:
• The response mails will be directly read by HireTechnofrom recruiter inbox.
• You can read responses from within the candidates profile and respond right from there.
• Or you can even send responses from your mailbox, mailbox view of HireTechno.
• All these mails chains will be automatically recorded in the tool.
• Any calls made and other notes to be made can be recorded within the same mail chain,
• so the recruiter can have a complete view any point in time.

Candidate Profile Manager / Candidate self help portal

• There is a candidate interface where the recruiter as well as the candidate can edit the profile.

Manage the status of users:

• Assign and track status of candidates.
  (viz, responded, shortlisted, interview scheduled, interview completed, offered,
  offer accepted, joined, rejected, blacklisted, whitelisted. This status list is customizable)

Custom Test form / Additional Information Request form:

• There is a module where you can create custom tests for the candidates to fill in.
• This custom form developer can also be used to capture any additional custom data required.

Manage Interview:

• Assign Interviewers and notify.
• Capture interview record sheets electronically.

Document Manager:

• The candidate profile manager can be used to collect certificates and documents.
